My Liver Wake-Up Call After 50 (And What I Did About It)

As we get older, our bodies start sending signals we can’t ignore.

For me, it was my liver. I didn’t feel sharp. My energy was off. I just didn’t feel like myself. At first, I brushed it off as “just getting older.” But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right. Eventually, I found out I had liver-related issues—nothing I could ignore anymore.
